1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using kitzio.shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and password confidentiality.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information at registration.
• One person may not maintain multiple free accounts.

3. Products and Services

Kitzio provides tools to create online stores, sell digital products, and use Money Kits. You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload. You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of your product listings
• Delivering purchased products to buyers
• Handling customer disputes and refund requests
• Complying with all applicable tax obligations

4. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed by Stripe. Pricing tiers (Trial, Pro, Elite) determine platform features and transaction fees. The 30-day free trial and paid Pro/Elite plans have 0% transaction fees. If a trial expires without upgrading, a 5% platform fee applies to the limited free tier. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, Money Kit content, and branding, is owned by Kitzio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform materials without permission. Money Kits are licensed for use within your Kitzio store only.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or stolen content
• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe on another's intellectual property
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Spam, scam, or mislead buyers
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your store will be taken offline. You may export your data before deletion.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that your store will generate revenue. Money Kit performance estimates are illustrative, not guarantees of income.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitzio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over our principal place of business.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
