• Creating and selling original digital products you own or have rights to
• Using Money Kits as intended within your Kitzio store
• Providing accurate product descriptions and fair pricing
• Delivering purchased products to buyers promptly
• Respecting intellectual property rights of others

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Selling illegal, counterfeit, pirated, or stolen content
• Infringing on trademarks, copyrights, or patents
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or tax evasion
• Spamming, phishing, or misleading buyers
• Creating fake reviews or manipulating ratings
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting Platform data
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload the Platform
• Reverse engineering or copying the Platform's code
• Using the Platform to launder money or evade sanctions
• Selling regulated goods (weapons, drugs, adult content involving minors)
• Impersonating another person or business

3. Content Standards

All content you upload must:

• Be accurate and not misleading
• Be free of hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Not contain sexually explicit material involving minors
• Not promote violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Content removal without notice
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Forfeiture of pending payouts
• Referral to law enforcement authorities

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, report it to support@kitzio.shop. Include the store URL, product link, and a description of the violation. We investigate all reports within 48 hours.
