Delete Your Account
Request permanent deletion of your Kitzio account and associated data.
You can request deletion of your Kitzio account and all associated data at any time using either of the methods below.
Option 1 — Delete Within the App
- 1. Log in to your Kitzio account.
- 2. Navigate to Settings → Account.
- 3. Click Delete Account.
- 4. Confirm the deletion request.
Option 2 — Request by Email

Include the email address associated with your Kitzio account.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your user account
- Your storefront
- Products
- Digital products
- Collections
- Bio and profile information
- Uploaded images
- Social links
- Account settings
- Personal information associated with your account
What We Retain
To comply with applicable tax, fraud prevention, and financial regulations, payment transaction records and invoices may be retained for up to 7 years where legally required.
No retained financial records will remain publicly visible or linked to an active account.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
