Eligibility conditions
All four conditions must be met to be eligible for a refund.
Sign up for Pro or Elite
The guarantee applies to all paid plans. Free plan users are not eligible.
Create or publish your store
You must set up and publish your storefront within 30 days of your paid subscription start date.
OR add your first product
Alternatively, adding at least one active product to your store also qualifies as "launching."
Request within the 30-day window
Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your original subscription date.
